    Made with Yamada Nishiki genmai brown rice milled down to the lowest percentage of 23%, this particular Dassai pays particular attention to its rice milling process, creating a brew that’s delicately sweet like honey yet with a crisp aftertaste. Best enjoyed chilled in a wine glass to better enjoy its distinct aroma. With a nose of grapes, flowers, strawberries and mineral water the flavor is as luscious as the aroma. Dassai is a clean and plump Daiginjo with chapters of flavors wrapped in a deep and layered structure.

    Served in Chilled (10-12°C) or at room temperature. Well-paired with dishes such as seasonal vegetables, fish, cheese or tofu. Also pairs well with dashi stock or miso based dishes.
